Hito’s emotional baggage is finally proven meaningful when he becomes a victim to a falling shooting star case, where they’re granted their deepest most inner wish in exchange for the burden that is multi-dimensional power. Above exist layers of dimensions, depending on the level, when translated into our dimension it surpasses our natural law of physics and can manipulate or materialize based on the connections the user has. This power can manifest as a signature weapon, or raw bending of material. This dangerous and restricted ability is heavily monitored by the government, discreetly being made into a military power before the world properly understands the aspects of this power. Hito throws away his aspirations and desires to redeem himself from his past, becoming a slave for the greater good. After being hit by the star, he is eventually taken into custody to be put into top secret training programming. When he meets the guide assigned to him, Parada, a timid and quiet man that just wants to do his job, grows an attachment for Hito. Hito becomes a top Esper, joining the Passion Fighters, a group of the most powerful amongst their ranks. Through this desperate venture to discover more about how he can make the world a better place. Hito struggles with his personal identity and existence as he gets closer to understanding what it will take to make the world a better place.
